Dress to Impress! Archer Hokit, 8, dresses in his Halloween costume on Oct. 31, in honor of the last day of Red Ribbon Week, and Halloween. Hokit wore the same outfit to go trick-or-treating that night. “I get the chance to dress up so I do it,” Hokit said.
