my name is David and I’m in 8th grade. I joined journalism because I wanted to try something new and I have a thing for taking good looking pictures. I wanted to be a part of the staff so that I could 1 get over my fear of talking to new people. 2 I also joined so I can take pictures of sports and hopefully people like them. Journalism is important to me because I wanted to adventure into a new subject or possibly a new hobby. outside of school, I enjoy gaming and playing sports such as basketball and football. A fun fact about me is iv played football 50% of my life and basketball 30% of my life. My favorite movie is Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole. I am excited to be a part of the journalism staff because I would like to test my skill in taking pictures.this year, I hope to take good notes on interviews and take good pictures of basketball, football, and volleyball.
