On November 17, 2023, Sabrina Carpenter released the album “Fruitcake” under her name. Although she has done a few Christmas covers during her career, she has never created her own Christmas songs, which makes this action so special. I would rate this album an 8/10, because I like it, but there are pros and cons. I think my favorite song on the album is “A Nonsense Christmas”. To those who don’t know this song, it is a cover of a song of hers from a previous album, with the lyrics changed festively for Christmas. My least favorite would be, “White Xmas”, because it mashes up two common Christmas songs I don’t particularly like. In my opinion, these are the songs from best to worst:
