MMS Boys Face off Against AMS

The basketball boys took the court against AMS anticipated match-up, with Bodie Brown and Jace Kelso leading the way. Despite putting up a strong fight, the boys were unable to secure the win, but their effort and heart was on full display. Bodie Brown and Jace Kelso shown as top performers, with Bodie Brown impressive defense Jace Kelso’s clutch shooting giving the team hope throughout the game. Despite the loss, the community is proud of the boys for their hard work and determination on the court.

“Trevor Lawrence motivates me to win,” 7th grade A team starter Bodie Brown said.  Bodie Brown is the best 3 point shooter on A team without a doubt.  Anybody who has seen Bodie Brown shoot 3’s knows that he is the best 3 point shooter on a team.  

  “Playing basketball with my friends helps motivate me personally,” 7th grade A team starter Jace Kelso said.  Jace Kelso is the best center on the court due to his height and him being able to touch the rim with him jumping.

“The hardest game was definitely AMS” 7th grader 

Jace Kelso said.  A team starters Bodie Brown and Jace Kelso alone can win the game because of how many points they score a game.  But Bodie Brown and Jace Kelso aren’t the only people that are good. “We aren’t the only ones who can score in games,” 7th grader Jace Kelso said.
