A Second Chance. Chloe Brumfield gets a second chance after have to choose between two dreams. Chloe Brumfield almost had to choose between her dream of singing and her dream of dancing. Beginner dance was the same period and the 6th grade girls choir.
Chloe Brumfield had to choose dance or choir. Her two favorite things. Thankfully she didn’t have to. Chloe went to McCall elementary thriving her love for choir. Chloe’s struggles in an all advanced choir, didn’t stop her from pursuing her love choir. Her inexperience in the 7-8th grade choir didn’t stop her from pursuing success, instead she grown.
“Yes, I did 4th and 5th grade, and that’s when I felt like I could do this forever” and “ Yes a lot, in 6th grade I’d be held back and 7th-8th grade is over my level, Brumfield said”
Chloe Brumfield believes the more advanced choir gives her the opportunity to grow. She believes the harder music and more outside- of school performances allow her to grow and experience people at a higher level. She has been able to observe the process of choir at a higher level than if she was in the 6th grade choir.
“ Yes a lot, in 6th grade i’d be held back and 7th-8th grade is over my level” “that I don’t get held back, I don’t have to be held back from where I can go”
Her up-bringing allowed her to grow tremendously, now that she’s in the 7th-8th grade choir she grows even more.“That I don’t get held back, I don’t have to be held back from where I can go, Brumfield said”

![Run Like The Wind! Maddox Murry (8th) runs at a cross country meet on September 25. He ran his hardest, and just locked in, just like at every meet. “My brain just stops and my body just operates itself and somehow navigates [itself] like autopilot,” Murry said.](https://mmsrewind.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Screenshot-2025-02-26-11.35.51-AM.png)
